Beata
C. Lewis, J.D., provides
guidance to individuals and groups in business for leadership
and collaborative excellence. As a leadership coach and consultant
Beata emphasizes essential core competencies for building
and restoring trust in leading collaborative ventures. Seminars
she has designed and led include: Trust in Leadership and
emBODY-INg Conflict Transformation. Coaching, consulting,
mediation and seminar clients range from high-tech & bio-tech
companies, boards of directors, non-profit & arts organizations,
federal and state agencies, individual entrepreneurs and service
professionals. Beata
is currently completing a certification program with the Strozzi
Institute as a Master Somatic Coach.
Beata graduated from Pomona College with a B.A., cum laude,
in International Relations and earned her J.D. from the University
of Texas at Austin School of Law.

Eric Biggs, Ph.D., has
worked as a leadership coach and consultant for Cisco Systems,
Sony, MCI WorldCom and Charles Schwab. He has designed and facilitated
leadership coaching and team development programs for Cisco
Systems and facilitated a large-scale change project for Sony's
human resource organization. Eric combines a rich and varied
background in organizational culture change, leadership development,
and Somatic Coaching to produce tangible results with his clients.
Eric
is an Assistant Teacher with the Strozzi Institute and is completing
their certification as a Master Somatic Coach.
Eric graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Organizational
Leadership and earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology
at California School of Professional Psychology where he researched
culture change in mergers and acquisitions. |
